Conversion of a substantial part of the former SIPE Nobel area of Spilamberto into a Technological Park for Research and Technological Innovation. The project was guided by the criterion of the minimum alteration of the building envelope: the best compromise was sought between the maintenance of the stylistic features that outline a prized example of industrial architecture and the creation of spaces and structures for the fulfillment of the demands of the overall layout of the new destination as a Technology Park. As for the new works, it was decided to use materials, shapes and colors which, although recognizable, complement and do not interfere with the context.
