This project concerns a new commercial building in Ranica, with the related external works.
A plate will be created on a single floor above ground intended for commercial use and with its own support premises, which will be connected to the existing parking lot by means of a “suspended” volume in which some small commercial activities will be located. This same structure will also define a sort of terrace with covered porch for public use and will guarantee the pedestrian crossing between the various levels. This last suspended volume guarantees the possibility of not subtracting parking spaces from the parking area.
