Complex reorganization for specialized rehabilitation and residential stay activities, with construction of a new R.S.A. building, in Via Gleno in Bergamo.
The project also provides for the enhancement of the other areas owned by the S. Maria Ausiliatrice – Onlus Foundation, thanks to the creation of a Central Urban Park that creates a new urban polarity and opens the R.S. to the territory. The R.S.A. newly built consists of three buildings with L-shaped areas, one of which is isolated; the other two, planimetrically symmetrical, are connected to the two lower floors by a volume intended for collective spaces and which houses the main entrance.
The entire structure is aimed at saving energy and using renewable energy.
