The present project concerns the construction of a new single-family residential building consisting of two buildings arranged perpendicularly to each other in the shape of a “T”, developed respectively on one and two above-ground levels overlooking a patio. In the development of the project, steps were taken to operate in terms of sustainable and biocompatible architecture, operating a selection of materials and construction techniques and systems, in order to guarantee the greatest possible savings of resources. From this it also follows the attention to the quality of environmental comfort.
