Production hall with attached offices owned by the Italian American Mushrooms (I.A.M.) Casazza

The new headquarters of the Italian American Mushrooms (I.A.M.) is characterized by two buildings: one on two floors with a regular shape intended for the productive part; the other, hinged to the first thanks to the circular stairwell, houses the offices in a futuristic shaped structure, a cusp covered with zinc-titanium that rises from the ground upwards. The expressive form of the office block is derived from the transformation of an area’s “adversity” into a project opportunity: the constraint imposed by the minimum distance to be maintained by the electric lines to conceive a building whose morphology yielded was “exploited”. the artifact is visible and recognizable.
