The area of intervention concerns the former Legler industrial complex located in the territory of Ponte San Pietro and provides for the enhancement of the settlement, through the identification of the buildings of industrial archeology to be maintained and those instead in which to intervene with demolition and reconstruction. The objective is to maintain the integrity and enhancement of the industrial complex.

The project idea is to create a site with a productive value aimed at innovation and cutting-edge, both technological and intellectual, which in any case does not disdain to be able to accommodate activities of a more “traditional” type.
